
The Galaxy Stage was the venue for the first panel: Lucasfilm Publishing: Manga Mania. The panel was moderated by Clayton Sandell, with C.B. Cebulski (Marvel Comics), Kenny Ruiz, Shima Shinya, sak, Hamaza Tukuru, Man Tsang amongst others to discuss their Manga and Star Wars influences.
Lucasfilm Publishing revealed their new logo and we also got some announcements of new Manga releases and reissues of which the highlights include;
A New Hope (VIZ Media – Hisao Tamaki)
Coming in 2026 is a reissue of the original Manga adaptation of A New Hope by Hisao Tamaki. Featuring original scanned art boards, including margin notes, drawings, and the original Japanese text, this unique tribute is also hitting Kickstarter with two distinct editions: the two-volume Collector’s Edition with new English translation and the large-format Masterpiece Edition.Star Wars: Thrawn (VIZ Media – Timothy Zahn, adapted by Man Tsang)

Then, two hours later on the same stage, authors Adam Christopher, Tessa Gratton, Marc Guggenheim, Lydia Kang, Ethan Sacks , Phil Szostak, Alyssa Wong, Dr. Chris Kempshall, and Marvel’s editor-in-chief C.B.
